Researchers from the University of Illinois at Chicago, with the help of healthcare workers, have developed a survey and hope to contribute to a public understanding of how the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting the lives, workload, and well-being of healthcare workers.
All data gathered from this survey will be shared freely with the scientific community. At the end of the survey participants will have the option to provide an email address and choose to receive the data analysis and to be contacted for follow up surveys.
